For businesses

Get found by the homeowners already looking for you.

If you run a local plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, handyman, cleaning, garage door, pest control, roofing or painting business, you can be listed on this site. Here is exactly how it works.

What homeowners see

When someone searches your trade in a ZIP code you cover, your business appears first in the results with your name, city, phone number and website, alongside the two commitments every listed business makes: a written estimate before any work and a three-hour arrival window. If you collect a diagnostic fee up front, the card says so and whether it is credited to the repair. Your business also gets a city page for each city in your service area, which search engines can index.

Listed businesses look the same as every other result. There are no badges, no paid placement and no reviews on this site.

How you get listed

  1. Run your scheduling on Callbook. Listing is a setting inside your Callbook account, not a separate sign-up.
  2. Set your trade and service area (ZIP codes, cities or counties) in your business profile.
  3. Turn on “List my business on the Callbook customer site” under Settings. It is off by default and you can turn it off at any time.

Requests sent through this site reach you by text and email with the homeowner’s problem, answers, timing and contact details, and show up in your Callbook inbox like any other lead.

What it costs

Being listed here is included with a Callbook subscription. There is no per-lead fee on this site and no bidding. Pricing for Callbook itself is on getcallbook.com/pricing.

What we ask of you

Estimate before work

Give the homeowner a written scope and price, including any diagnostic or trip fee, before any work starts.

Keep the window

Arrive inside the three-hour window you give, and tell the customer if it changes.

Be who you say you are

Keep your trade, service area, phone and website current. Carry the licenses and insurance your trade and state require.

Answer

Respond to requests promptly. Businesses that repeatedly miss estimates or windows are removed from the site.
